Terms & Conditions
Service in Hong Kong
1.The applicable tunnel fee is included for airport transfer.
2.The applicable tunnel fee and parking fees are excluded for city point-to-point transfer and hourly on-hire.
3.100% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation made less than 12 hours before the service, while passenger no show will be charged fully.
4.Amendment of pick up time, place made
less than 12 hours before the service
additional 50% of the invoice value will be charged.
5.Greeting service at the Arrival Hall will be charged HK$200/trip.
6.The following price will be charged for service between 00:00 – 05:59:

7.For Point-to-Point transfer, the maximum free waiting time:
Pick up at airport
1 hour after flight landed
City pick up
15 minutes after designated pick up time
After free waiting time, HK$300 will be charged for every 30 mins for 4 & 6-seater car while HK$650 will be charged for every 30 mins for coach.
8.Additional transition charge of HK$100 to HK$500 will be charged for each extra stop enroute to destination. (only for same district).
9A.Following the passage of the Road Traffic (Safety Equipment) (Amendment) Regulation 2024 by the Legislative Council, starting from November 1, 2025, unless child passengers aged below eight reach a body height of 1.35 metres, they must use child restraining devices (CRDs) in private cars irrespective of sitting in the front or rear seats. Passengers aged eight or above, or with a body height of at least 1.35 metres must either use a CRD or wear an adult seat belt. Otherwise, the driver must not drive the car on any road.
9B.If you require a baby or child seat, an additional charge of HK$200 per seat will apply. A complimentary child booster (for children aged 4 or older) can be provided. Please note that all seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. You are welcome to bring your own approved seat as well.
Cross Border Service
1.The applicable tunnel fee and parking fee are excluded.
2.Greeting service at the Airport Arrival Hall will be charged HK$200/trip.
3.Additional HK$500 will be applied for service between 20:00 to 07:59.
4.100% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation made
less than 24 hours
before the service, while passenger no show will be charged fully.
5.Amendment of pick up time, place made
less than 12 hours before the service
additional 50% of the invoice value will be charged.
6.For Point-to-Point transfer, the maximum free waiting time:
Pick up at airport
1 hour after flight landed
City pick up
15 minutes after designated pick up time
After free waiting time, HK400 will be charged for every 30 mins
7.Additional price will be charged during CNY, Christmas Holidays and China’s Golden week
8.The travel route and control points are at the discretion of DCH.
Remarks:
A.Extension for rental period is subject to car availability and prior agreement.
B.When Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) is hoisted, DCH (Motor Leasing) Limited reserved the right to terminate the service.
C.All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
D.Adhoc requests for en-route stopovers will not be entertained.
E.DCH reserves the right to replace the vehicle of similar grade when necessary.
F.DCH reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.
